Tuchi Ningyo Clay Doll Daikoku Hichifukujin
Daikoku is one of Seven Happy/Lucky Gods of Japan and he has been worshipped by people for wealth, especially concerning food. No prepair. Condition as is. He normally wears a peasant hat and carries a large bag of treasures. This particular clay doll, unlike many others, is made from a solid clay, not hallow. It still keeps a fair amount of original paint, except the areas that were rubbed off. Ca. Early to mid 1900s.
