Boy's Kasuri Kimono

This rare boy's kasuri kimono is believed to be from Iyo area in Shikoku, according to the characteristic of its abstract pattern. The kimono is made from indigo dyed cotton.  As many kasuri kimonos have, it has an unexceptionally warm and down-to-earth impression. The kimono is unlined. Ca. Early to mid 1900s
