Sakiori Obi Orange, Green and Purple Abstract

This sakiori obi is probably from mid 1900's. The obi is made from recycled old Japanese textile yarns (torn fabrics) and it was hand-woven. The patterns is, as many sakiori obis are, irregular and this particular piece has plain deep blue/purple, lavender, and soft peachy/terracotta stripes on the one half, and the other half has a geometric design (arrowhead like) in green and orange. It is in excellent condition. This particular obi is 8.5" in width and 120" in length.
