Kyo-Katakuchi Bowl Sake Serving
AG816 $120.00
This beautifully aged katakuchi (sake serving) bowl is originated in Kyoto. The clay somewhat reminds you a Mino pottery with very fine crackle texture. It is well used and shows a very earthy patina. A balanced round shape with wadding (stacked firing process) marks in the interiors. Ca. Meiji (late 1800 to early 1900s).
5 3/4" diameter 2 1/2" tall
