Girl's Kimono Stencil Dyed Patterns

This charming girl's kimono is probably from the mid 1900s. The kimono is made from fine silk and it is lightly quilted for winter wear. The kimono has a lovely pattern of peony, bell, "kusudama" ball, and other floral motifs. The colors are orange, purple, blue, green, mustered yellow, navy blue, apricot, and so forth against the orange-red background. The kimono is fully lined with cotton fabric in pink. There is a pair of ties in the front of the kimono. It is in excellent condition.
