Kaya Mosquito Net Beautiful Indigo Asa Hemp/Linen
An absolutely beautiful indigo asa linen textile, made for kaya mosquito net. The stunning gradation, various tones of indigo colors and hint of greens, naturally added over the time, a very "rough" and simple flat weave with crisp texture. The reverse side with a patched repair, used an indigo cotton fabric. (Note: the image of the reverse side shows some natural sun lights coming through, not color fading spots). A very special piece for anyone who appreciate textiles. Ca. Late 1800s to Early 1900s.
33"wide 54"long (at the longest part).
